Program Highlights

The Certificate in Commercial Real Estate introduces a broad-based knowledge of core disciplines within the commercial real estate field.

The Certificate in Facilities Management is designed for practicing facility management professionals to explore core disciplines within the field, insuring students obtain the knowledge necessary to develop and execute the strategic and operational mission of corporate facilities management.

Offered in alliance with the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), the Certificate in Real Estate Finance focuses on broad-based commercial real estate finance issues. The program provides entry-level preparation in mortgage and equity finance and the balanced education necessary for career advancement.

The new online certificate program in Commercial Real Estate Practice is both flexible and convenient. The program hones students' expertise in the analysis, acquisition, finance, and management of real estate properties and assets, giving them the critical skills needed to advance their real estate careers. Taught by our faculty of seasoned practitioners, students in the program have 24/7 access to cutting-edge course material, online lectures, discussion boards, and interactive multimedia content. With each lesson, real estate professionals of all experience levels gain tools that can be immediately applied.
