The center supports faculty research and teaching, ensuring relevance in the curriculum through the incorporation of site visits, experiential learning projects, industry-standard tools, and the perspectives of industry experts.

The center offers an undergraduate co-major and minor in real estate—with real estate focused courses including investments, law, development, modeling, accounting, capital markets and economics—and a real estate specialization in the Villanova MBA program. The center also supports VSB’s student Real Estate Society.

The center connects and mobilizes the Villanova real estate community—through educational programs, thought leadership initiatives, and networking events—to expand the horizons of a new generation of real estate leaders and to generate vibrant conversations on issues facing the real estate industry.
