Program Highlights

The MS in Real Estate Development provides you with the developer's perspective on relevant issues including civil engineering, finance, and public policy and prepares you to take a leading role. The program features: Full- or part-time program options; Cross-disciplinary program with business, policy, and engineering schools; Fall or spring start date.

Applicants are experienced real estate industry professionals looking to expand expertise in real estate development, finance, public policy, sustainability, and construction management. Students start in the fall or spring at our Arlington campus and complete the degree in 18-36 months. Classes are typically scheduled during the evening.
