Hudson Housing Capital was founded in 1998 as a low income housing tax credit syndicator. Dominated by a handful of large companies, the marketplace was highly competitive, but our premise and unique approach positioned us for success. With private, independent ownership, client-driven methodology and commitment to service, our goal was not only to survive, but to thrive. Our equity volumes increased steadily over the years, even through challenging financial times. Since inception, Hudson has syndicated more than $7 billion in tax credit equity, encompassing more than 630 properties and over 65,000 units.
