Equitable Hiring Group supports nonprofits and impact-driven companies hire. We do this by conducting an intentionally designed hiring process that simultaneously makes an opportunity available to a greater pool of candidates while vetting them in an unbiased fashion. If we consciously approach every hire (no hires of convenience), our theory of change is that over time, teams will fully reflect the communities they serve. There is no panacea for diversity.
