Commercial Attorney

Pedersen & Houpt, a Chicago law firm, seeks a commercial attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to serve as an Associate in the firm's Corporate and Business Counseling and Real Estate Practice Groups. Candidates with strong academic credentials and business experience are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex transactions, as well as the ability to establish, grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Strong writing skills are required. Successful candidates can expect exposure to all areas of the firm's commercial practice.
