Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC is a Virginia based premier, full service commercial real estate firm providing a complete range of transaction, management and consulting services since 1996. We are currently seeking to hire a Managing Director of our Sales and Leasing brokerage division to oversee all aspects of our Commercial Office, Industrial, Land and Retail teams.

Key responsibilities of the Managing Director role include:

• Management of Sales and Leasing Brokers focused on the execution of specific strategies to include recruitment and development of agents, best practices oversight, promotion of our brand, strong proactive communication with clients as well as mentoring and providing framework for Broker success through individualized business plans. This will also include coordinating training opportunities for all Broker Agents, management of external vendors, and management of support staff for each brokerage team.
• Management of Platform and Systems to ensure plans for marketing each asset and that plan is executed and communicated in writing. Additionally, management of processes such as Tenant, Landlord, Buyer and Seller Representation, ensuring conformity with rules and regulations of the Real Estate Board, and Marketing on the Property, Team and Platform levels.
• Management of Profitability of the Sales and Leasing Division to include responsibility for annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly expense review, desk costs and projected margins. The Managing Director will monitor and analyze competitive business practices and provide recommendations for improvements and changes as appropriate to ensure best in class service internally and externally.
