JOB SUMMARY

CBRE is the #122 company on the Fortune 500 and the world's largest commercial real estate firm. We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Sales Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee. This position is responsible for analyzing information to prepare various reports related to the marketing and sale process of investment properties. Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis and investment analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generates, reviews and understands reports related to the marketing and sale process of investment properties; uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete and complex analysis, improvement and/or recommendation. Types of analyses includes one or all of the following: general real estate industry, market/submarket trends, property cash flows (rent rolls/income statements), lease abstracting, government data (census, BLS) management reporting and strategic planning.
  • Prepares a variety of analyses, presentations and proposals for new business development, including preparation of graphics, illustrations and written content. Provides recommendations for management/Producer review.
  • Creates and produces electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists. Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
  • Creates and manages one or all of the following processes: marketing, strategic planning and management reporting, consolidated financial reporting, presentations and proposals from inception to completion; prepares complex presentations and proposals for new business development; provides recommendations with a focus that materials meet branding and messaging standards.
  • Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
  • May conduct ad hoc studies for management upon request.
  • Other duties as assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or related discipline preferred.
  • 2 years of related work experience is preferred. Banking, investments, sales support or real estate experience, highly desired.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence, respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers and/or supervisors.
