ASG Equities LLC is a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and asset management firm active in various markets across North America and Europe. ASG is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Associate who possess drive, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

The Associate’s primary job duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Create pro forma models for redevelopment and repositioning of key assets.
2. Develop and evaluate various business plan scenarios including development, leasing, JV partnership, sale, and redevelopment of existing assets.
3. Analyze opportunities to refinance existing debt and execute debt refinancings.
4. Underwrite new asset acquisition opportunities with pro forma model that includes sources and uses, financing structures, and investment returns.
5. Review and edit property level budgets, business plans, and updates for management/owners.
6. Negotiate and execute lease restructuring agreements with delinquent tenants.
7. Evaluate new lease opportunities and analyze lease terms from various potential tenants.
8. Lead lease negotiations and lease agreement editing with legal team and outside counsel.
9. Communicate with lenders, appraisers, and attorneys for information and documents requests.
10. Review and edit asset reports: property history, rent rolls, and loan summaries.
11. Serve a project lead for construction and property management projects.
12. Provide high level updates to management regarding key business initiatives: leasing, financing, and construction projects.

Candidates should possess the following prerequisites:

1. Bachelor's and/or master’s degree with a major in finance and/or real estate.
2. 1-3 years of working experience in the real estate industry.
3. Academic or work-related training in financial analysis, modeling, and document creation.
