Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented executive assistant who is organized, proficient in critical thinking, has a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn. This position offers much room for growth as the ideal candidate will be working for an established entrepreneur with various business ventures, primarily within the real estate. The office location for this position is in our company’s headquarters located in Miami, Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage all financial transactions related to business and personal use
· File and organize expenses accordingly
· Handle account payables and incoming receivables
· Preparing meeting and scheduling throughout the week
· Review all contracts and documents as needed
· Must be proficient with basic accounting and managing bank accounts
· Communicate with vendors, contractors, and lenders
· Filling corporate documents
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Languages: English (Required); Spanish (Preferred)
· Education: Associate Degree (Required); Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
· Real Estate, Accounting, Banking and/or Acquisitions (Preferred)
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) (Required)
· Administrative Experience: 1-2 Years (Preferred)
SCHEDULE:
· Days: Monday-Friday
· Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM
· Weekends: Occasional
