About the Position
Trinity Investments is seeking a dedicated, professional and reliable individual to become an integral member of the Trinity team. The role will be primarily focused on supporting Trinity’s acquisition efforts, including deal underwriting, preparation of investment materials, supporting debt and equity capital raising, due diligence and closing of new hospitality real estate investments.

Responsibilities of the position include the following:

• Creating and managing financial underwriting models and investment memoranda for prospective investments
• Assisting with business plan formulation and deal structuring, and communicating with brokers, investors and lenders
• Conducting market research to support analyses
• Transaction execution including due diligence and deal closing
• Preparing marketing decks and pitchbooks
• Coordination with asset and development management teams to support Trinity’s existing assets
• Generally supporting senior management of the company on an as-needed basis

The position will be based in Honolulu, Hawaii, or Beverly Hills, California and will report directly to Trinity’s mid-level and senior management. Travel (inter-island, mainland US, and international) will constitute 10% to 20% of the time.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher, with at least 2+ years’ experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity or other related fields. The position requires a high-degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including complex financial modeling through Excel and the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations using PowerPoint. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. In addition, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation
Compensation (salary and bonus eligibility) will be based on experience. The full compensation package includes competitive benefits including full health insurance and 401(k) plan with a Trinity match.
