About the Role
The Investor Relations - Analyst will work directly with the Vice President – Investor Relations but will be expected to coordinate across the company’s IR, Finance, and Accounting departments. This role will have the opportunity to grow in both an Investor Relations and Business Development capacity, engaging with current and prospective clients.
The Investor Relations - Analyst’s responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepare and visualize data for quarterly and year-end investor reports
- Update quarterly track record and marketing materials utilized by the Investor Relations and Business Development departments
- Provide data outputs and ad hoc analysis for DDQs, RFPs, and current investor requests
- Support the planning and execution of the annual investor relations meeting
- Support senior professional in executing ongoing Investor Relations and Business Development plans for existing and prospective clients
- Add value by enhancing processes, policies, and procedures to streamline reporting and create efficiencies
The full-time position is available immediately and is based in office (20% remote flexibility). Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with strong academic credentials
- 1+ years of related finance experience (Investment Banking, Consulting, etc.)
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Diligent work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous projects
- Keen interest in private equity and institutional-level real estate investing
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Impeccable organizational skills
