The Corbin Group at Rosewood Realty Group is offering an internship opportunity to recent graduates.

Rosewood Realty Group is one of the most active commercial brokerage firms in New York City. Rosewood’s areas of expertise are multi-family, office and retail buildings with activity focused in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. The Intern will work for The Corbin Group, a team led by Greg Corbin, the President of Bankruptcy and Restructuring and will be an integral part of all aspects of the group’s activities. The position is ideal for a fast-paced and creative individual who is looking for a thriving business operation and an opportunity for growth while learning about the world of NYC real estate.

The internship will enable an individual to get a foot in the door and network their way to a full time position.

The main responsibilities would include:

• Research and gather data on market conditions and trends, clientele in the news, and strategize with the team to uncover business development opportunities
• Maintain the proprietary database with updates from various sources such as industry news, research, and direct input from the relevant parties
• Perform property evaluations and inspections, compiling due diligence packets, and building property files for current pipeline deals

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Word , Excel , Outlook.

The applicant is expected to possess the following attributes and qualifications:

A strong desire to break into the commercial real estate industry.

A strong attention to detail

Quantitative skills

A confident telephone manner.

It is expected that the applicant will also possess basic excel skills.
