Responsibilities:
The Senior Associate – Asset Management will work directly with Senior Management overseeing the Atlanta region to asset manage the portfolio, implementing business plans. The Atlanta region consists of our current portfolio and future acquisitions across the Southeast with a focus on Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, and Nashville.
- Coordinate with senior management, property managers, leasing agents, lenders, and accounting in the implementation of business plans for existing assets
- Review RFPs and leasing proposals prepared by leasing agents as well as subsequent lease documents prepared by counsel
- Build relationships with investment partners, leasing brokers, contractors, and stakeholders to further portfolio performance
- Coordinate with director of construction, property managers, architects and general contractors on renovations and developments
- Prepare ad hoc analyses at senior management, investment partner or lender request
- Review monthly reports for investment partners and lenders
- Conduct quarterly valuations of existing assets
- Prepare annual budgets and reforecasts
- Coordinate the production of quarterly market updates
- Participate in acquisitions process with asset-level diligence and onboarding new investments
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree / strong academic performance
- 5-8 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and Argus
Full COVID vaccination required
Successful completion of a background screening required
