Job Description
About the Role
The purpose of this position is to procure, track and move materials, PPE and tools in support of the facilities or engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Receives, logs and promptly distributes all supplies and chemicals within the facility/campus.as well supports the business with chemical inventory related issues.
Reviews and maintains all Min/Max levels and purchase order processing for the department.
Conduct weekly physical inspections of all Satellite Accumulation Areas (SAA).
Daily updating of inventory database including cycle counts, and levels.
Daily receiving, storing and labeling of incoming chemicals to the site.
Hand in all paperwork to receiving team to ensure accurate receiving of chemicals.
Works with management, planner, business maintenance crew, and schedulers about any downed equipment, material shortages, backlogs, reschedule orders and other potential schedule interruptions.
Maintains files on work orders, purchase orders, proposals, and department files.
Weekly physical leak detection of pipes, tanks, wastewater treatment system, RO-DI system.
Removal of Hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Help Maintain RO-DI and Wastewater treatment systems (training supplied).
Assist as needed in regulatory inspections.
Assist facilities team with day to day building operations as needed.
Will be part of the CERT team (Chemical Emergency Response Team)
Other duties may be assigned.
What You'll Need
Wear a respirator/SCBA (training included).
Pass a physical (including a pulmonary function test).

High school diploma or general education degree required.
Minimum of two years of experience in storeroom operations directly related to building maintenance.
Valid driver's license, if driving required in conjunction with job duties. Forklift license preferred.
Comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisor and effectively present information to an internal department and large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Understand and carry out general instructions and solve problems. Requires basic analytical skills.
Intermediate digital literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $43,800 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $50,000 annually.
The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
