Position: Capital Markets Associate / Salesforce Expert

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $80k-$120K DOE

We are a boutique real estate private equity firm based in Los Angeles with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily, ground up construction or value add.

What You’ll Do

Managing Salesforce database to support the fundraising and investor relations team with marketing and advertising strategies to help source new contacts and nurture existing relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Database - Maintain and organize data in Salesforce with the abiity to navigate and create reports; extracting information and reports efficiently.
• Develop new and nurture existing relationships through Salesforce marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Create and maintain information in Salesforce on targeted prospects and new business opportunities with an organized plan for phone and in-person contact.
• Document in Salesforce any client/prospect/consultant meetings. Ensure post-meeting follow-up items are timely and accurately completed.
• Assist in the development and preparation of presentations and marketing materials for investors such as pitch books, executive summaries, investor reports, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• 7-10 experience working in Salesforce in the Real Estate Industry.

• Prior experience raising capital - preferably across a broad real estate platform; including equity and debt products; with diverse investment strategies and vehicle structures.
• A strong analytical capability and demonstrated knowledge of real estate and financial markets; with the ability to communicate this knowledge to investors and prospects.
