As a new business developer, you will nurture and grow direct sales, both via marketing lead conversion, trade show contacts, and individual lead generation. You will be a key player in our organization, and we want you to take part in the business development and relationship building activities within the firm while positively contributing to the firm’s culture.


Business Development - Job Responsibilities:

  • Grow market position by locating, developing, and closing new business relationships.
  • Locate sophisticated potential new clients and intentionally develop trusted advisor relationships.
  • Screen potential financing opportunities by analyzing operating statements / pro-forma financial statements, market dynamics, and deal requirements.
  • Examine risks and potential for business opportunities.
  • Estimate clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating with the firm’s internal business execution team members (Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Closing Manager).
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation and your personal brand through executing writing and speaking opportunities.
