About the role

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Managerfor CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment. Contributors in this role will focus on a global scope to implement the new services and products we will use to automate and streamline our payment process.

What you'll do

  • Provide strategic and tactical input into business development initiatives, product design and product enhancement solutions, process and efficiency improvements, and other areas where a higher level of risk management technical knowledge is required.
  • Participate in organizational development objectives, including the design and delivery of training material. Target audiences include internal treasury resources and other functional areas.
  • Implement new products and services within Kyriba and Coupa for CBRE and their clients, including testing with the banks and Yardi, training staff on new modules, and acting as project leader on any new implementation.
  • Maintain the Treasury systems.
  • Assist in automating the payments process and debt management.
  • Act as the technical resource for Kyriba and Coupa.
  • Work within Yardi on Treasury custom functions.
  • Serve as the backup for day to day processing critical issues.
  • Troubleshoot all Treasury systems issues between Yardi, Kyriba, and Banks.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients.
  • Maintain fraud controls around payments, user access, and vendor setups.
  • Lead audits for all Treasury related functions and systems.


What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 8+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional credential preferred.
  • Very solid understanding of financial terms and principles. Ability to analyze complicated financial data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven expertise designing, changing and managing a cash management program.
  • Expertise in the treasury finance field, including a full understanding of the products offered by banks and other financial institutions.
  • Requires advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Kyriba, and PPT Experience with Coupa, and Yardi is preferred.
  • Experienced negotiator and influencer, both internally and externally.
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills.

California & New York City Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
