Job Description
Avistone is a commercial real estate investment firm with a successful 10-year track record of acquiring and operating industrial properties nationwide. We are hiring an Investor Relations Manager (IRM) to join our team as we raise and deploy our third $50MM fund.
This position will lead sales efforts to drive new investments from prospects including high net worth individuals and registered investment advisors. The IRM will report directly to the President and will play an integral role in converting potential investors to actual investors for our real estate investment funds.
This position will follow a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in our Lone Tree, CO office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First 90 days
- Within 30 days, start leading investor calls with the President listening in to gain learning/feedback.
- Within 60 days, demonstrate ability to handle a new investor call independently.
- Within 90 days, identify opportunities to increase conversion of prospects to investors.
- Within 90 days, create a post-audit tool to evaluate why prospects do not convert and use the data for a monthly report to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve the closure rate.
- Within 90 days, develop a plan to gain referrals from existing investors.
Ongoing
- Initiate daily new prospect calls/Teams meetings
- Presenting 1-on-1 and in groups and winning new clients
- Handle incoming prospect inquiries and schedule appointments as necessary with additional team members
- Continuous collaboration with Digital Marketing Manger
- Aggressively listen and engage in productive conversations
- Use unmatched telephone communication skills to convert leads
- Gather referrals from current investors
- Develop a reputation with investors for responsiveness, service, and positive outcomes
- Utilize Hubspot CRM and company tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of sales efforts.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and expertise in Avistone funds and the industry/market overall.
- Consistently follow up and follow through
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven, consistent performance in financial services, wealth management, or private banking working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth investors/their advisors (minimum of 3 years)
- Real estate investment experience
- Account management experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and consistent track record of performance based on results-driven activities
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal team members
- Proven ability to create and implement innovative solutions
