About the role:
Job Location- Boston, MA
The purpose of this position is to serve as the lead client contact for delivery of facilities management services and balance multiple facilities management functions.
Directs facility management staff to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client.
Reviews client's strategic plans and settles appropriate staffing levels to meet expectations.
Reviews capital project and operating budget reports for multiple properties. Crafts action plans to improve financial position(s) and handles negotiations for contract services.
Reviews various facilities management reports. Meets with client management team and appropriate departments to discuss, resolve and discrepancies.

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training and prior supervisory experience required.
Facility Management certification preferred. Driver's license may be required.
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to empower and negotiate optimally with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews sophisticated financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and completes department budget.
Ability to address problems and take care of a variety of options in situations. Requires deep level analytical and quantitative skills with tried experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.
Proven understanding of architectural, electrical, mechanical systems, leases, contracts and related documents.
