About The Role:

The Strategic Solutions role within the Transformation and Cost Management Office will support the team responsible for the development and implementation of best-in-class global practices. This team will act as the standard process center of expertise in support of efforts globally and will support senior level leaders across the company initiatives. You will be a critical contributor to the success of transformation efforts.

You'll be in a business-critical role requiring proven experience managing large scale, global transformation, and cost initiatives; solving subsequent cultural integration challenges. You will implement the corporate strategy over the next few years.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Strategic Solutions team leaders with efforts related to transformation and cost management initiatives.
  • Provide research, analysis and content related to idea generation, development, and initiative intake process in partnership with Strategic Solutions team lead and Segment/Function leaders.
  • Support to the Strategic Solutions team in carrying out work across CBRE, including materials preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain and cultivate bi-directional, positive relationships with Segment/Function leaders to encourage widespread and recurring utilization of TCMO across CBRE
  • Support Strategic Solutions team leaders in facilitating the shaping, approving, and executing of transformation and cost management initiatives.
  • Participate in and facilitate approval, execution, value realization and organizational change processes for select initiatives.
  • Leverage in-house and external research to develop and evolve standard processes and TCMO house views within all areas noted above
  • Communicate mission, vision, and current status of Strategic Solutions team to the broader TCMO population, to senior leadership throughout CBRE and to external parties.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorshipnow or in the future.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree or similar academic experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale business transformation and cost management programs preferred.
  • Superior process and project management skills. Highly organized and structured.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience as a Transformation Executive and Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in line roles with exposure to multiple business functions preferred (e.g., technology, human capital, finance).
  • Ability to structure, manage and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects with multiple collaborators.
  • Ability to challenge established views and assumptions at all levels and lead change.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility, team oriented, collaborative, respectful, and flexible.
  • Ability to understand culture differences in order to motivate change and engage collaborators across the organization.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and writing skills required. Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
