Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, you will be the analytical engine behind millions of square feet of residential, retail, and commercial innovation.

The Mission:

Strategic Underwriting: Take the lead on complex financial modeling for multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments that are setting a new global standard.
Performs complex multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use development underwriting.
Asset Performance: Collaborate across teams to provide the strategic and financial support needed to maximize the value of K&P’s diverse portfolio.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying key trends, risks, and game-changing investment opportunities in the Southwest Florida market.
Board-Level Impact: Prepare the high-stakes analysis and presentations that guide our partners and Advisory Board.

What You Bring:

The Toolkit: Mastery of MS-Excel and ARGUS Enterprise is a must. You are an expert at creating proformas from scratch.
Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.
Ability to plans and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Ability to develop presentations and reports for executive level review.
The Creds: A deep background in development underwriting (multifamily/commercial) and a proactive, upbeat attitude.
The Character: You thrive in a collaborative environment where Integrity and Innovation are core values.

Educations and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Real Estate.
3-5 years’ experience in a finance related role within the real estate sector, with an emphasis in commercial or mixed-use experience preferred.
