Asset Manager Functions:

Provide financial oversight of given portfolio with support from the Investment Analyst, including development of business plans, guidance on operating budgets and capital expenditures, variance analysis.
Monitor cash reserves and releases.
Manage investor and lender inquiries.
Coordinate with property management to optimize asset performance.
Complete timely, detailed and accurate reporting for internal and external use.
Assist with projects as requested including, but not limited to, tax appeals, business intelligence and risk management.
Forecast and distribute cash flow from the properties through the investor waterfalls.
Assist the Head of Asset Management with refinancing and disposition of properties.

Skills Needed:

Able to discuss and work closely with outside professionals and leadership team

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Strong excel

Business Intelligence and strong financial acumen required.

Ability to travel up to 15%.

Education/Years of Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or related.

Master’s Degree in Business or Real Estate a plus.

Affordable Housing experience a plus.

3-5 years of experience in the Asset Management of multifamily investments.

Salary Range $150K+incentives
