Investment Analyst

We are a well-capitalized, New York-based private investment firm with an extensive track record investing in alternative assets.  We own a multi-asset class real estate portfolio and are seeking an Investment Analyst who can play a role in both analyzing new real estate investment opportunities and managing our existing portfolio.  Our typical investment size is $5-$35 million of equity.  

 

Candidates must demonstrate the following skills/experience:

·         Minimum two years of experience in real estate analysis and valuation

·         Attention to detail

·         Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts

·         Demonstrated skill using Argus, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Tenacious, thoughtful, well-organized

·         Ability to communicate clearly in person and through written investment memos

·         Team player who will contribute positively to a firmwide culture of success, intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and fun.
