The qualified candidate will provide overall support to the Vice President of Loan Servicing. Key Responsibilities will include:
· Perform all phases of loan transactions including payments, payoffs, various escrow transactions, loan disbursements and transfers.
· Address inquiries and research requests from clients. Use of all tools available to perform research, analyze transactions and follow through on appropriate resolution.
· Communicates results in a professional and prompt manner.
· Track loan documentation in and out of department. Respond to various document requests.
· Support other staff members as warranted.
· Assist in department special projects and other duties as assigned.
· Request and obtain updated insurance information.
The qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
· Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.· Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
· Excellent oral and written and communication skills.
· Work experience in the commercial real estate mortgage industry is required.
· Proficient in commercial real estate loan servicing software, Loan Ware/FICS is a plus.
