Job Description
- Design, update, and manage property brochures, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
- Oversee and optimize online property listings across CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Catalyst, and other platforms.
- Execute direct and mass marketing campaigns, leveraging email marketing and digital outreach.
- Develop custom marketing content, including aerials, maps, and site plans.
- Manage property signage coordination, working with vendors for design and installation.
- Conduct market research and compile property, demographic, and competitive analysis reports.
- Maintain internal CRM databases to track client contacts, property transactions, and market insights.
- Generate GIS and demographic reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate property tours and travel.
- Handle incoming inquiries and ensure professional, timely communication.
- Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and client correspondence.
- Track and update client agreements, invoicing, and transaction documentation.
- Assist in event planning, client meetings, and industry networking initiatives.
- Implement workflow efficiencies through AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues and manage office systems.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management and workspace organization.

- 3+ years in a marketing, executive support, or administrative role (5-7 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with commercial real estate tools (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi) is a plus.
- Background in market research, branding, and business operations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- $55K - $65K base salary
