Financial Analyst

Newmark is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for the Lodging Capital Markets team in our New York City (Midtown Manhattan) or Los Angeles (Century City) offices. The analyst will work out of either NYC or LA, however, will support team members across the U.S. and work on deals nationally. The candidate will work directly with senior members of the Lodging Capital Markets team offering substantial growth and upward mobility within a team environment. Note: our team exclusively focuses on lodging, hotels/resorts and gaming asset classes.

Led by Adam Etra, Mark Schoenholtz and Miles Spencer, the team boasts nearly 100 years of combined experience and expertise with a broad range of clients, including REITs, private equity firms, hedge funds, high net worth investors and sovereign wealth funds. The group has handled countless noteworthy transactions, including some of the largest hotel sales nationwide. Our lodging expertise includes asset sales, financings, joint ventures and recapitalizations, capital sourcing and equity placement, and loan advisory.
