We’re searching for a sharp, ambitious, and analytical Acquisition Analyst to fuel our investment and asset management team, working directly with senior leaders to evaluate, structure, and execute high-stakes deals. What You’ll Do & Own
💡 Financial Mastery: Run complex financial models, create ARGUS valuations, and perform deep IRR calculations with confidence.
📈 Market Exploration: Assist the acquisition team explore opportunities, conduct underwriting, and uncover strategic investments.
🔍 Due Diligence & Deal Execution: Play a key role in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, ensuring transactions are smart and seamless.
📊 Investment Storytelling: Craft compelling investment memorandums that turn numbers into narratives.
