Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile candidate to join our team. This role includes administrative and project management work but offers significant exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate—from acquisitions and leasing to construction oversight and asset management—with opportunities to directly participate in deals as our platform continues to grow.   Because our principals and team members are often in the field, this role requires someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and take full ownership of assignments without daily supervision. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Represent ownership in a polished, professional manner with tenants, brokers, contractors, investors, and at industry events
  • Support leasing efforts through market analysis, sensitivity calculations, broker coordination, and attorney correspondence
  • Assist with tenant improvement planning and construction oversight, coordinating with contractors and vendors
  • Analyze acquisitions, leasing scenarios, and ongoing asset performance using Excel and/or Argus
  • Contribute to due diligence, investment memos, and financial reporting
  • Work independently to complete assignments accurately and on time
  • Handle ad hoc tasks supporting the overall business

What We’re Looking For
  • 2 to 10 years of commercial real estate experience (flexible on seniority depending on skill set and productivity)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel required, Argus preferred)
  • Knowledge of leasing and construction build-out processes 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • A self starter with high integrity, good judgment, and a long-term interest in growing with our platform
