Job Description
- Monitor and prioritize incoming emails
- Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence
- Serve as a communication gatekeeper
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials
- Take clear, concise meeting minutes and distribute them
- Follow up on action items to ensure completion
- Maintain both digital and paper filing systems
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and handle reimbursements
- Assist in tracking progress on internal initiatives and special projects
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners
- Conduct light research and prepare summaries when needed
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car services
- Create detailed travel itineraries and manage changes quickly
- Plan internal events, off-site meetings, and client-facing activities
- Handle sensitive business, HR, and financial information with the utmost professionalism
- Assist with confidential matters such as payroll, bonuses, and contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Emotionally grounded and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience supporting senior leadership a plus
