Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of fundraising and deal management.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, fundraising documents, reporting, and roadshow planning.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the coordination and creation of pre-meeting materials, agendas, and notes.
- Support all aspects of distribution, including the creation of target investor lists, tracking activity, managing CRM (DealCloud), preparing for update calls, conducting pre-meeting research, etc.
- Support the maintenance of an updated and accurate CRM system.
- Create travel itineraries, coordinate materials, and confirm appointments/meetings for potential investors and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in private equity, capital markets or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter.
- Customer-service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Series 7 license a plus but not required.
