Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Sales, and Investments - to develop high-quality, on-brand materials such as infographics, data visualizations, pitch books, presentations, reports, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Update and refine existing designs based on creative direction and team feedback.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms, and assist with planning and reporting.
- Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials in alignment with brand guidelines, enhancing brand recognition.
- Prepare creative assets for print production or digital distribution.
- Organize, archive, and maintain creative assets and imagery across shared network drives.
- Apply design best practices related to layout, typography, color correction, and image optimization.
- Manage day-to-day activity on social media accounts and use analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and support brand growth strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant professional design experience.
- Experience designing for corporate or financial audiences, especially within the real estate or investment sectors, is strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work, with a sharp eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Skilled in designing clear, compelling presentations for executive and investor audiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with HTML, After Effects, Canva, and Figma is a plus.
- Understanding of brand voice and visual identity, with ability to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, and basic understanding of visualizing performance data using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of print production processes, including file setup, proofing, and working with vendors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to learn and the ability to take feedback with professionalism and adaptability.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
