What you’ll do:
Helping to source new opportunities for the company, including:
- Underwriting: build and refine financial models to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and financing
- Market Analysis & Investment Memoranda: conduct in-depth research on market and sub-market trends to inform investment decisions and prepare compelling investment memoranda
- Sourcing:
- Identify and evaluate potential properties through direct research and market analysis
- Cultivate relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage and track the acquisition pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities

What we look for:
- Alignment with our Culture & Mission
- 2–3+ years of experience in a related role
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Sales and marketing ability
- Finance education or strong financial aptitude
