Fidelity’s MidAtlantic National Commercial Services Operation is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney who also has the drive to take on business development. Our team closes more than $25B in U.S. commercial real estate transactions annually. Join our MidAtlantic commercial operation and become a critical part of structuring, assessing, and growing high-value deals across DC, VA, and MD.
What You’ll Do:
• Underwrite and analyze complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to developers, lenders, attorneys, and investors.
• Lead business development, grow new relationships, expand market share, and generate deal flow in the MidAtlantic region and nationally.
• Partner with a national team of experts to close marquee transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
• JD required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial real estate law, transactions, or finance.
• Solid understanding of title, underwriting, or CRE financial structuring.
• Proven relationship-builder with a business development mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
