The Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead Bravo’s brand strategy and institutional presence. This senior leadership role will define how the firm is positioned and perceived across the financial and real estate industries—both digitally and through high-impact external relationships.
The VP of Marketing will own Bravo’s voice in the market: setting strategy, shaping brand identity, managing digital platforms, and driving visibility through targeted campaigns, media partnerships, and industry engagement. The ideal candidate combines the polish and discipline of institutional finance with the creativity and agility required to scale a fast-growing investment platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute Bravo’s brand and marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Elevate Bravo’s digital presence, including the website, social platforms, and targeted investor campaigns.
  • Produce and oversee high-caliber content—press releases, thought leadership, and market commentary—that speaks to sophisticated financial audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial media, industry organizations, and conference partners to expand market visibility.
  • Establish brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across all communications.
  • Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and report results to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with the executive team to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proven marketing leader with deep experience in financial services or real estate. The successful candidate will bring the judgment, discipline, and credibility to operate at the institutional level—while being hands-on in building and scaling Bravo’s brand in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in corporate marketing, ideally in financial services, private equity, or real estate investment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand presence.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication skills tailored to sophisticated audiences.
  • Expertise in managing digital platforms, campaigns, and analytics.
Preferred:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Established relationships with financial and trade media.
  • Proven ability to perform in demanding, high-performance environments.
