Commercial Mortgage Broker – East Coast Markets
Compensation: 100% Commission | Unlimited Earnings Potential

A growing commercial mortgage brokerage firm with a strong presence along the East Coast is seeking motivated Commercial Mortgage Brokers to join their expanding team. The focuses on mid-market commercial real estate financing, helping investors and developers secure tailored debt solutions across a range of asset types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and developers across the East Coast
  • Source and structure mid-market financing opportunities and manage deals from initial contact through closing
  • Work with analysts to underwrite transactions and prepare financing packages
  • Negotiate loan terms and coordinate with lenders to achieve successful closings

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, network outreach and business development
  • Able to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience in sales, finance, or real estate a plus
  • Real Estate Salesperson License (required to perform the role but may be obtained after hire)
