What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with the Sales Manager and business development team to support client and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain our CRM system to keep track of contacts, leads, and new business opportunities.
- Research markets and competitors to identify potential clients and trends.
- Help draft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our services.
- Work with our marketing team to update website content, create social media posts, and brainstorm new campaign ideas.
- Assist in coordinating industry events and sponsorships, ensuring our brand is well represented.
- Join sales and underwriting staff at client meetings and networking events.
- Contribute to client service and retention efforts — helping us stay connected and responsive to customer needs.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in commercial real estate — and a desire to learn from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients, and industry professionals.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about taking initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude — you enjoy being part of a team that works hard and celebrates success together.
