What You’ll Do:

Manage and execute successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) deployments
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, on-site visits, and ongoing support
Deliver training and consulting services to help clients streamline operations and get the most out of Yardi software
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with client goals and industry standards
Mentor team members by sharing knowledge, guiding problem-solving, and contributing to internal training initiatives

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or other equivalent relevant experience in property management or applicable industry.
Eight plus (8+) years of experience in software or business process consulting or equivalent consulting experience interacting with customers
Five (5) years of experience managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software
In depth knowledge of property management industry and Yardi’s competitors
Proven experience in ERP systems
Proven experience positively influencing clients, peers and management
Proven experience independently managing and resolving a variety of client issues
Extensive experience managing projects with multiple touch points
Ability to think and act strategically by visualizing new possibilities, challenging assumptions, and recommending the implementation of new ideas or strategies
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven client-centered commitment and focus
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
Ability to travel up to 80%

Annual Salary Range: $119,200 - $134,100
