Director of Asset Management – P3 Properties

P3 Properties is hiring a Director of Asset Management to take full ownership of performance across a growing multifamily & mixed-use portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to push assets to maximum performance.
You Will:
• Own budgets, business plans, KPIs, and NOI performance
• Oversee property management, leasing, CapEx, and construction execution
• Lead weekly asset meetings + maintain tight accountability across teams
• Evaluate deals pre-acquisition and run operational due diligence
• Identify risks early and drive solutions with urgency
• Produce clean reporting and elevate operational standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years in multifamily/mixed-use asset management
• Strong financial + operational leadership experience
• Yardi proficiency is a must
• High urgency, high ownership, proactive 24/6 execution mentality
• On-site presence required full time (East Rutherford HQ)
