ATTORNEY – REAL ESTATE SECURITIES

Time Equities, Inc. (“TEI”), an international real estate investment company, is looking for a full-time real estate attorney for their highly reputable legal department to help a team of 5 attorneys, 3 assistants, and 1 paralegal manage all transactions in-house at their headquarters located at 55 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all the services required for the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate transactions.
Preparation and review of commercial leases for retail, office, residential, and industrial propertie,s as well as land acquisitions and new construction developments
Prepare and review Private Placement Memorandums for Real Estate Offerings.
Prepare subscription documents and Agreements for investors investing in our deals

REQUIREMENTS

The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
5-10 years of experience in acquisitions, financing, and leasing on a national basis for all property types.
