Job Description
- Support financial performance and business plan execution for a portfolio of affordable/LIHTC assets
- Partner closely with property management teams to monitor operations and drive performance improvements
- Assist in the coordination and oversight of capital improvement projects
- Analyze market conditions and evaluate asset positioning within competitive sets and submarkets
- Prepare reports and presentations for capital partners and senior leadership
- Assist in the development, management, and oversight of annual operating budgets
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and mitigate risk
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least four years of commercial real estate experience, with an emphasis on multi-family and asset management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute complex tasks in a team environment.
- Solid analytical skills with a high proficiency in Excel
- The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
