Atlantic Pacific Companies, one of the Southeast's fastest-growing multifamily investment firms, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Asset Management Associate to join our team. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and will support the oversight of an affordable housing / LIHTC portfolio across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. 

Job Description 
The Asset Management Associate will serve as a key member of the Asset Management team, supporting the financial performance and execution of business plans across a multifamily affordable housing portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to portfolio strategy while gaining hands-on experience in asset-level execution and performance optimization. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support financial performance and business plan execution for a portfolio of affordable/LIHTC assets
  • Partner closely with property management teams to monitor operations and drive performance improvements
  • Assist in the coordination and oversight of capital improvement projects
  • Analyze market conditions and evaluate asset positioning within competitive sets and submarkets
  • Prepare reports and presentations for capital partners and senior leadership
  • Assist in the development, management, and oversight of annual operating budgets
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset value and mitigate risk

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least four years of commercial real estate experience, with an emphasis on multi-family and asset management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to execute complex tasks in a team environment.
  • Solid analytical skills with a high proficiency in Excel
  • The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
