As an Associate, you will gain industry specific skills from assisting experienced transaction professionals in the underwriting processing and debt transactions across all property types. Candidates must be able to work in New York City on a permanent basis

Job Responsibilities:
· Work closely with senior team members on presentations and financial analysis
· Assist team in underwriting for various advisory services across all property types
- Prepare property driven pro forma analyses based on current and projected future market conditions
- Research, analyze, and evaluate market statistics and feasibility for various real estate transactions, markets and properties
· Conduct due diligence collection and review with clients, lenders, and third parties
· Participate in the creation of pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials
· Assist with the entire transaction process from start to finish including due diligence collection, underwriting, lender placement, review of legal documents and third party reports, all while collaborating with clients, lenders, and third parties
· Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline and automate day-to-day workflows, including pipeline management, market research, document preparation, and client communications
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance or related field strongly preferred
· 2-4+ years of experience in real estate finance
· Proficient in real estate financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Desire to build a career in the real estate capital markets industry with a focus on real estate finance and originations
· Ability to work diligently in a demanding and highly focused team-oriented environment
· Ability to collaborate with others and work on a team
· Energetic self-starters who are leaders, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Demonstrated personal accountability with an urgency for achieving results
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Strong interpersonal and networking skills
