Job Description

Argosy Real Estate Partners is hiring for a Senior Associate or Vice President, AI & Technology Initiatives, based in Wayne, PA (suburban Philadelphia).

This is a newly created position sitting at the intersection of institutional real estate investing and applied AI and technology. The successful candidate will own our AI implementation program end to end, including workflow development, data infrastructure buildout, tool evaluation, and firm-wide adoption.

We are seeking candidates with experience in real estate, investment management, financial services, or data and analytics, combined with hands-on experience deploying AI tools and working with data systems in a professional setting. SQL proficiency is required; Python experience is preferred.
