Job Description

IPRG has closed over $4 billion in NYC commercial real estate transactions, averaging one to two closings every week. We're growing both our investment sales and retail leasing teams and looking for the right people to grow with us.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll operate as a broker within a defined NYC market, working alongside senior deal-makers to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close transactions. We have openings on both our Investment Sales and Retail Leasing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Investment Sales

  • Cold calling building owners and prospective clients
  • Generating and managing listing leads
  • Performing property valuations and market analyses
  • Attending and coordinating property tours
  • Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
  • Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point


Retail Leasing

  • Cold calling building owners, landlords, and prospective tenants
  • Generating and managing retail leasing leads
  • Performing valuations on retail spaces
  • Attending and coordinating property tours
  • Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
  • Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point
