Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our in-person team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialized and impactful area of commercial real estate, with the potential for long-term career development. The role involves supporting strategic planning for TCS clients by conducting property tax analysis, preparing appeal materials, and assisting with litigation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tax analyses to support client decisions on acquisitions and dispositions
• Prepare presentation materials for appeal cases and client meetings
• Review and analyze financial filings, and assist in drafting correspondence
• Create and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models
• Assist in the preparation of arguments presented before the NYC Tax Commission and Law Department
• Support ongoing litigation and legal filings on behalf of TCS clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, graduate degrees welcome
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate
• Experience in accounting, finance, or appraisal preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Legal or litigation support experience a plus

Compensation & Growth:

• Competitive base salary ($80,000-100,000) based on experience
