Loan Closing & Asset Management Associate

Platform and Process Development

• Partner with senior management to build scalable closing and asset management processes, reporting, and controls.
• Develop standardized closing checklists, workflows, milestone tracking, and reporting that let the platform absorb higher loan volume without a proportional increase in headcount.
• Identify repetitive closing and post-closing tasks that can be automated in EaseOS, and work with the product and engineering team to get them built.
• Use EaseOS to streamline closing workflows, portfolio monitoring, and capital partner reporting.
• Track closing timelines, transaction volume, and outstanding deliverables, and use that data to tighten execution.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate loan closing, transaction management, or CRE debt asset management.
• Hands-on experience closing commercial real estate loans; multifamily bridge, transitional, value-add, or construction financing preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation, closing procedures, third-party diligence, and funding mechanics.
• Experience with post-closing loan administration, servicing, asset management, or portfolio monitoring is a strong plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, financially fluent, and able to run multiple transactions at once.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with loan management systems and technology-driven workflows.
• Self-directed, a clear communicator with borrowers and capital partners, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
