Shamah Properties seeks highly motivated individual to lead our fast paced acquisitions team. The proper candidate will utilize demographics and economic factors, to assess potential purchases. An ability to build broker relationships and think outside the box is welcome. In addition to assisting in the various stages of the acquisition process, duties will include the following:
- Analyzing and underwriting potential investment and development opportunities
- Modeling of property cash flows
- Drafting investment presentations
- Assisting with the due diligence, capitalization, and closing process
- Supporting asset management – including reporting, monitoring property operations, evaluating potential leases and capital projects, and other projects.
- Compiling, analyzing, and presenting market data
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree required (ideally finance, real estate, economics, legal, architecture, engineering or related area of study)
- 7-10 years’ experience
- Strong modeling and analysis skill are required.
- Creating presentations utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
