We are seeking a rock star to join as an Analyst with the Real Estate M&A team within the Global Real Estate Strategy and Planning group to help support mergers and acquisitions activities for Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform, world's #1 CRM, the fastest growing of the top 10 enterprise software companies, the World's Most Innovative Company according to Forbes, and #1 on Fortune's list of the World's Best Workplaces!
Working with the Real Estate M&A team and the larger Real Estate Workplace Service (REWS) ecosystem this team member will help support the Integration Operations with a focus on portfolio strategy, budget and forecast support on M&A real estate activity and relocation coordination support.
The successful candidate will have the desire to learn about process improvements. They must thrive in a high-growth environment, be energized by fast-paced decision making and execution, and can navigate through continuous change.
Support M&A team through a variety program administration activities including; real estate portfolio analysis on M&A activity, tracking of budgets and financial reporting.
Partner with Core real estate team on M&A activity overlapping with existing portfolio.
Maintain templates on financial forecast.
Gather and input data into various tools, dashboards, and presentations.
Create portfolio summary template for internal review.
Contribute to developing and documenting process improvements.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Support Senior Manager on reporting as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite; experience with Smartsheet is a plus
