Opportunity: Industrial property management single-tenant portfolio working directly for an owner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenant welcome packages and notices
- Update and maintain property information and other logs
- Coordinate and track required inspections
- Gather, maintain and follow-up on tenant maintenance responsibility compliance
- Prepare, manage and track all vendor contracted services
- Manage and track certificates of insurance for both tenants and vendors
- Oversee property tax payments and work with tax consultants on appeals
- Responsible for ensuring timely accounts payable processing
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a real estate property management company in a comparable role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members, customers and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and ensure accuracy of work
- Ability to manage tenant and vendor insurance certificates to ensure compliance with lease and contracts
- Familiar with bidding vendor contract services, preparing vendor contracts and managing vendor services
- Knowledge of property budgeting and reporting processes
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, as well as MRI and Kardin)
