Job Summary
Commercial Real Estate Experience Required. Please do not apply if you have not worked with retail shopping centers and if you do not have experience with leasing.

- Overseeing Acquisitions and Dispositions.
- Researching potential investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of asset strategies, including the ongoing monitoring of such strategies during the holding period, to maximize the value of each asset.
- Assist in underwriting/modeling new acquisition opportunities.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reporting of properties.
- Participate in due diligence and overall transaction support.
- Experience with Title document review (surveys, chain of title).
- Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial leases.
- Experience with tenant construction build outs.
- Experience with CAM reconciliations.
- Experience overseeing third party property managers.
- Experience overseeing third party leasing brokers.
- Compile and evaluate due diligence materials including market studies, leases, historical operating statements, rent rolls and property condition reports.
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, integrity and fulfillment of commitments
- Appfolio experience preferred.
- Additional responsibilities at the discretion of the Company
